Hi, folks.

I`m searching adequate air cooler for this system.
i7-11700. Non 'K' processor
Motherboard Asus TUF Gaming H570 Pro
RAM 4x Team Elite DDR4-3200 16384MB PC4-25600
Case FSP CMT240 Black (max CPU cooller height is 179 mm)
PSU be quiet! Straight Power 11 750W (BN283)
GPU GTX1060 3GB, RTX3060/3070/3080 in future

Here is what I want achieve from cooler:
Cooler must provide enough cooling so I can run my processor at TurboBoost of 4.4 GHz in all 8 cores for continouos time - from couple minutes to couple hours or even days. I have read my motherboard manual - it is possible to change CPU power limits so it would possible to force CPU to work at ma turbo boost rate for long period of time.

Summarized, here are my requirements:
Provide constant CPU work at all cores frequency of 4.4GHz or at PL2 power limit of 224 W. Depend on what of constraints will be achieved first. Power limit even more crucial, i do not want to cross Intel power limit althrough is is possible acording to motherboard specification.
provide Max temperature at this load less than 80C. it will be perfect if CPU stay below 70C - minimal degradation of CPU.

cpu degradation is unlikely unless overclock + overvolting more than safe max standard for 24/7. For cooler, a Noctua NH U12A or U12S should be ok, NH D15 should be capable enough.

Thank you.

After creation of post I have also noticed another potential problem - high VRM temperatures because VRM should push those 224 Watts into CPU for long periods of time.

BTW. Look at prices in my country local stores (in Ukraine). NH D15 is cheaper than NH U12A . lol

UPD.
Find this data about VRM temperatures at 228W using i7-11700 CPU. 70 C at this mode.
Assume that Asus TUF Gaming H570 Pro will be not worse than cheaper Asus TUF Gaming B56M0 Pro from same series. Look like VRM is ok so I dont need to search for models with good VRM cooling like be quiet Dark Rock TF 2 or Noctua NH-C14S.
