Just thought I'd let you know, many suppliers reserve the right to substitute products of eqaul or greater value. By value, they mean price, not performance. While I did not find such a statement on coolingfan.com's website, I'm sure it's hidden somewhere.
I ordered a package of several Evercool fans, the 40x40x10, 40x40x20, 50x50x10, 60x60x20, and 60x60x25-32CFM fans, in quantity. They offered excellent prices, at least 20% lower than Nexfan.com.
What arrived was their own brand of fan, T&T. As a matter of fact, T&T was the company name my credit card got
billed. These fans were about twice as expensive on coolingfan.coms website, an obvious "replacement of equal or greater value".
Problem is, these "more expensive" fans were actually cheap low power fans. In fact, they barely moved any air at all. The 60x60x25 put out less air than a stock 60x60x15mm Coolermaster fan. And I don't think they were ball bearing fans either.
Oh, and it took me three weeks to get my order. I called them after two weeks, and they told me "they were out of stock, but we got them in today and they will ship today". Sure, nice cooincidence. I think if I had not called them they would not have sent anything at all.
Knowing that companies like this have a tendancy to loose orders or say the return never arrived, or delay refunds, I resold them to a local dealer for the price I paid. Got my money back by reselling them, leason learned. Bye bye, Coolingfan.com, I hope you get litigated out of business.
