Swapped my Zalman9700NT out for this sucker and am very disapointed. idle 36C with zalman idle 42C with Domino. Q6600 @ 3.61 vcore 1.43v bios 1.376v CPU-Z. Tried re-installing Domino 2 times ( using Zalman thermal paste ) ( had 2C drop from artic silver 5 to zalman thermal paste so stuck with zalman thermal ) any ideas?

I'm not sure, but I have it on an E8400 at 4.01 and as of me typing this and checking it real quick it is......21c I'm also burning a dvd too. This is running on low rpm's right now too. The system runs awesome!!! I would recomend it to anyone, something is going on. Is the backplate and front nice and tight? room temp is around 68-70c.

theres something .. CPU ihs is concave and the domino is concave too ? check if bith are flat or 1concave+1convex is ok ... (use a razor blade)

domino is not that great for quad core...

I have it on a Q6600 OC to 3ghz running at 30C at idle 45c at 100% load. where my Zalman 9500 was at 43C idle and 80C+ load. I used artic silver 5 also. i have no issues so far.
