Hi i have a amd phenom 2 six core 1100t cpu withe 12 gig 1600mhz ram with a 1200what power supply, i need to know what card is the best between the Tri x R9290x saphire and the nvidia gtx 970.

Thanx its a asus m489gtd pro, i think the cpu is a 3.4ghz
