Copy a Bootable Usb?

So I just built a new pc, but it has no CD rom drive. I need to install the drivers for my graphics card, and I dont know how to copy the CD, and make a bootable usb. All the vids on Youtube just say to copy and paste the data, but the usb doesent boot. Please help. Thanks-Jay

Download your drivers online, you dont need them to get a basic display, and the ones on the disk are outdated anyway.
