Question Copy only new files ?

Hi. I need to move between different PCs. I have it in mind to use Flash Drives. But is there a way of copying only new files from the Flash Drive to a hard disk ?.
Up to now I have had to repeatedly click on "Skip" for hundreds of files. Is there an easier way, preferably with a simple copy process?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but this is getting very annoying.

I have seen: XCOPY with /D and /L options
This looks very un-nerving. DOS command?

You can use robocopy for this

You can use the /maxage argument to specify the maximum age of files being copied.

Also you can try any third party tool like duplicati , freefilesync, goodsync, gs richcopy , syncthing ....etc , all have options to transfer files only without having to transfer the file again
