Copy pasting Large Amount of files to SD card

Alright, this should be wayyy easier than it is.

I have a microSD and a USB adapter for it. It opens up the files on windows explorer then when I try to copy all my music on to it (about 15gb), it will have all kinds of problems. I figure it will work better by piecing the copy-paste.

So I try to do 100-200 copies at a time. It copies fine, the music even plays, then I eject safely and put it back in and either a)the music files are there but if you open it "Windows media player encountered a problem" or the music files simply vanish.

This is literally driving me nuts. Should be way easier than it is. I use a Lenovo laptop.

The memory card may be corrupted so change it.
