Copy software for another machine

Hello Everybody!

Rookie Question:
I have a DVD/CD burning program on my laptop which I really like. How do I copy the program so I can load it on my desktop I'm building? Isn't there supposed to be an executable file somewhere in C😛rogram Files somewhere (I see the program folder in Program Files)?

You could try Pickmeapp I use it all the time just watch the video then download the program.
