Copy software for another machine

Hello Everybody!

Rookie Question:
I have a DVD/CD burning program on my laptop which I really like. How do I copy the program so I can load it on my desktop I'm building? Isn't there supposed to be an executable file somewhere in Crogram Files somewhere (I see the program folder in Program Files)?

You could try Pickmeapp I use it all the time just watch the video then download the program.
