copy speed of my system is slow

i am new pc user .i disscuse my all problem i have intel i5(4670),4GB Ram, 1 TB Hardisk and motherboard intel DH87mc.WHEN I BUY MY PC engenier came instal windows 7 at time of instalation electrick power is off then when electicity come on he copy only those file who does not copy.at the time of instalation i dont know about pc.now copy speed of my pc is 1mb or 2mb per second pc to pendrive.i have antivirus k7 and bluesatack. to increase copy speed what can i do change windows if i change my window which operating system i use for multithreading or multitasking or dowanload new drive of motherboard dh87mc

Sometimes copy speed is limited by the usb device to which you are trying to copy files. Other than that it can be cause of your HDD speed or system stability. Personally i dont believe any software that sais "we can boost your computer" or "we can boost your speeds over the limit you have" thats just pure scam. If you think your OS slows you down you can call the tech who installed it to make a fresh install
