Copy with bite by bite verify

As I am looking for a cross platform solution to this (or two solutions) I think the question best lives here.

I am looking for software to copy the structure and contents (including hidden files) and do a full byte by bite verify, preferably a GUI.

This is to copy (clone) a SD card used in a video camera to a hard drive. I am actually looking to make two copies to different drives and verify both. to be double paranoid I wish to verify both copes against the SD card.

Not sure if you will find a GUI tool that does byte level comparisons, here are a couple options.

SyncToy from Microsoft (Windows)
JFileSync (Open Source, Java)

I use TERACOPY (windows only AFAIK) free, drag source selection to GUI, pick destination path, GO. Generates a list of CRC during copy, then at the end of copy, read back from destination and generates a second set of CRC. User needs to scroll through results and eyeball there are nothing but MATCH. Am not sure if it does hiddens.
