Maybe the contents on the DVD-RW are larger than what the data CD can hold.

hi..find out the size of the data on the dvd..eg 'properties'..if its bigger
than 700mb (80 min cdr) you will need multiple cds..but more than likely you
will have to copy the data from the dvd onto your hardrive then burn it to cd
as im not aware of any software that allows you to do a straight copy to copy
of dvd to cd..although you could search for such a program..or you could try,
when you select the destination you want to copy the files to..choose your cd
rw drive..this may work
