I have users that I'm upgrading from one laptop to another. The old laptop is
running Windows 2000. The new laptop is running Windows XP. I've used the
Files and Settings Transfer (FAST) Wizard to copy over their Outlook
contacts, PSTs, and IE Favorites. But most users have personal Screensavers
and desktop wallpapers that are not copied over. The users are offsite, so
I'm piping into their box (ie, \\computer_name\c$) and surfing for their
Screensaver\Wallpaper pic files. The only thing is that there isn't a 'My
Pictures' folder in their My Documents folder. Additionally, the pics in
"Desktop" & "Screen Saver" tabs in Display Properties don't list their file
location (ie, C:\Windows\etc...) when selected. My question is, "Where are
the screensavers & wallpaper pics located on the root level of Windows 2000
and Windows XP"?
