Copying the system disk

Can I simply copy an entire system disk to another hard drive and will it boot normally?

You can clone a disk from one to another. If done properly, it will be bootable, just like the original disk.

I have used a program called clonezilla for years for such needs.

What are the sizes of the two disks in question?

"simply copy" ? No.

Clone? Possibly.
1. How much total used space is on the C drive or partition?
2. What is the size of the new drive?

My default application for this is Macrium Reflect.

Both drives are 1TB, and have used about 500 megs. (and they are identical drives, as are the computers. Just don't want to have to set up the computer too, when if I could clone the one drive, it will work in the other computer...ie: same MC, smae memory, same everything!

Either. I find Macrium Reflect easier.
But CloneZilla would work as well in this instance.
