Copying usb drive to another usb drive same computer

Hi:

I have photos on a USB drive. I want to copy those photos to another empty USB drive on the SAME computer. How do I do that? Dragging or right clicking doesn't seem to work.

Whether USB or not should not matter. A drive is a drive is a drive. I have no idea why you are having trouble.

Are both drives hooked up via a hub, or to 2 different ports on your PC? and if 3.5" are they powered by their own power plug? Can you read both drives when they are connected together? Do you get any error messages, what they say?

I can only analyze by what you tell me.

They're connected by 2 different ports on my PC. No hub. They aren't self powered.They're both Sanddisk Cruzer 32 gb 2.0 flash drives
