[SOLVED] Copyrighted music and Streaming

i was wondering how do big twitch or youtube streamers listen to copyrighted music but then when they upload a youtube video the copyrighted music isn't in the video? are they using some sort of software or device so that the music isnt being picked up?

Probably the way they record the video.
They are either excluding the audio channel the music is on for the youtube recording, or twitch automatically blocks copywritten audio for their VODs.
