Core 0 at 100% load all the time in Temp Monitoring tools

Hello,
I have a weird issue with my 3570. Whenever I run coretemp and realtemp, core # 0 is always at 100% load even at idle and the temps hover around 50C. The remaining cores have normal usage (5-10%). Now the weird part is that as soon as I run Windows Task Manager, the usage for the first core drops drastically to around 10% and so does it's temp. Is this a bug or what? I am confused.

P.S Task Manager never reports 100% usage.

I'm more inclined to trust task manager over coretemp and realtemp. Is it dropping in those too when you open Task Manager? Try another one like HWinfo.
