Core 2 Duo Overclocking?

Okay Okay, I get it, just another crazy guy wanting to overclock his CPU!
But know that there's no bios options to increase the clock speed, so I have to do it using a software.. DON'T CARE ABOUT INSTABILITY OR WHAT-SO-EVER.
I've done OCs on other PCs having bios setting but non with a software, so if you guys are gonna help anyway (That I'd Really Appreciate) please do provide full tutorial!

Look at the Dell BTX overclocking tutorial ik my sig. BTX was all LGA775 which is the C2D socket.
Basically
1-Tape mod, Pinmods, for BSEL, or VID control, this needs a MB with a higher FSB than the CPU uses. Cheap thrills.
2-Throttlestop software with an unlocked CPU, many locked MB won't support these CPUs. Quick and easy sometimes very good depending on MB power section.
3- Clockgen,SetFSB software PLL mods. Not all PLL are supported, and some MB set a TME bit to lock them. Limited results unless added Voltage is available. Best results combined with VID pinmod.
4- Exotic board level hardmods. This mostly comes from laptop users. But if you have cell phone repair skill level and the tools go for it.
5- LGA771 Xeon swapping. Some chipsets don't support this, some BIOS modding and socket modding, and tape adapter required.
6- RWeverything is a program that can read and rewrite the registers on board level components. There are also programs to reset JEDEC RAM timing on RAM modules. If you're this advanced you don't need my help.
