Core 2 DUO T6400 v 5th gen i5

I am thinking of replacing a laptop with Core 2 DUO T6400 at 2 GHz with a new one that has 5th gen i5 5200U at 2.2 GHz with 8 gb DDR3 ram. How much difference am I likely to notice?
