[SOLVED] Core 2 duo upgrade

I'm wanting to upgrade by Core 2 Duo E7500 CPU in my Dell Optiplex 760 SFF. I'd like to upgrade to a Core 2 Quad if possible but I don't know if my motherboard supports it. The motherboard is E139765 TR0311. The DP/N is 0G919G. I hope these are the correct numbers. If anyone knows what CPUs I can upgrade to, I'd appreciate it.

Upgrading to a Core 2 Quad doesn't sound like a terribly worthwhile investment. I'd be considering a new motherboard platform entirely.
