core 2 quad q6600 over clocking help

hello all my processor is core 2 quad q6600 . and mother board msi g41m p26. i wanna over clock my processor jst a little bit. i downloaded setfsb . but i dont know how to do that. if you have some extra mins ,help me thank you!!!

Go into the BIOS and set the FSB to 1333, raise the vCore (CPU voltage to 1.3, and give it a try, it will OC the CPU to 3 GHz

FSB maximum 500 and howcan i change cpu voltage?

333 fsb = 1333 bandwidth. (X9 = 3 gig) for G0 STEPPING cpu's voltage adjustment should be unnecessary up to this point.
Set everything in bios to 'auto' except; set pci-E bandwidth to 100 and lock it.
Set PCI bandwidth to 'auto'.
For 'B3' stepping Q6600's, start at 300 fsb;(2.7 gig).
Run cpuz if you are unsure which chip you have.

2.83 ghz is fine. when i oc to 3ghz , blue screen popped up. should i increase the voltage?
