I have Core 2 quad q8200 2.33 GHz,6gb ram ddr3 and Nvidia gtx 750ti
Can I run today's games like Assassin's Creed Syndicate, GTA v etc?

Solution
THe 750 Ti will be alright in most games although just a warning, AC Syndicate is terribly optimized and your GPU will have a hard time keeping up regardless of the CPU. I had to run it on Low + FXAA + SSAO between 40-50 FPS in 1080p with a GTX 760 and i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz. But other than that you should be all good if you upgrade your CPU. If you are on a budget i suggest checking out the new Pentium G4560 it's an excellent budget CPU. Grab that + B250 Board + DDR4 RAM and you will be all set for most modern games. Hope this helps :)
