Someone said its good for overclocking and internet said 4,2 is possible with it but i have no idea about anything.
hope for help to overclock it for stable for "24/7 " gaming .
dont want it at top of the maximum, but some stable new clockspeed shoud be ok iguess.

inside of my pc :
Motherboard : P5q-e
Processor : Intel core 2quad Q9650 3.0 ghz
Processor cooling : is acctualy some type of water cooling system but no idea about the name.
My ram : is not 4 times the same, must i overclock ram options in bios too or can i leave them on standart ? is there any difference ?
https://prnt.sc/p210rg
gpu : shoud be that one > https://www.pcbilliger.de/622/radeo...MI-OSM6IW55AIVjOd3Ch3K3A1WEAQYASABEgL7ZPD_BwE < but acctualy not realy sure about it . its flashed acctualy but that shoud not be interesting.
(win 7 if there is any differnce o.o)

Some information about the parts that are listed ->

i dont trust this youtube video and dont want to shoot it down with first try :p

which programs shoud i use to see how stable it is ? ( heat and usage)

Solution
For temps: Prime95 small fft. It's a 100% continuous load, doesn't bounce around orp spike like occt, ibt or aida64 do. It also uses the same instruction sets as games, so is good for reaching an absolute worst case gaming scenario covering any type game.

For stability: Asus RealBench. It uses high amounts of cpu, ram, gpu, storage in different scenarios in attempts to find instability. It's a serious whole pc workout regimen.

If you are using ram that dont match speed or timings wise it may make your oc and im not sure if that board can oc. But skip ram oc for noe and try the cpu oc start with cpu voltage at 1.3v with 3.2ghz and work your way from there (never go above 1.4v)(1.3v might be enough to to get you to 3.7 but start low)
I like to check stability on cinebench, unigen heaven, people say prime 95 but i dont like it,and some games will help too

found this list in internet where someone overclocked the same cpu from 3.0 to 3.6.
woud u explain me which of this functions are for processor overclock and which i can leave on auto ? :)
or explain what are the use and sense of the functions ? :)
woud be rly nice ty.
