Core c6 disabling and psu coil whine problem

Hi!

I have an amd a10 5800k apu in an asrock a75 pro4m mobo and my chieftech iarena gpa400s8 psu is coil whining, and if i disable the core c6 feature in the uefi bios it's gone, but my cpu freq is forced to 3400mhz and the voltage around 1.5, these forced setting are not appear in the bios.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem ?

Sure, but what about that weird c6 state disable thing ?

Your PSU did/does suck... This is a problem with AMD mobo's and c6. Coil whine happens to me as well, caused by the mobo. Corsair cx 750m with a 8350 and 660 ti 3gb.
