I am undervolting my 2070 super to 900v from the stock voltage, at 1950 core clock, but whenever I re apply the undervolt the undervolt stays at 900v but the coreclock changes to either 1935 or raises to 1965, any idea how to keep it at 1950 core?

This one is while im running heaven benchmark notice how it's running at 900v and 1950 coreclock
but this one is with no benchmark and even tho it's the same saved undervolt profile with no heaven benchmark running, I reapplied the undervolt and the core clock changed

Sounds like all you're doing is setting a voltage offset right now from the main/basic Afterburner screen.

Hit Ctrl + F while in Afterburner to access the Frequency vs Voltage curve.
both imgur images I posted show that im in Voltage/Frequency curve editor...
