I have a 2060 and have been having frame drop issues for a while on games like fortnite where, up until (literally) 2 weeks ago, I was doing 180 fixes (now I don't go over 150). I opened afterburner and I noticed that both the mhz of the memory and of the gpu were not stable ... is this a problem? and if so, how can I solve it?

Does the performance in said applications line up with what other people or reviews have gotten? You may have to look for separate instances with the RTX 2060 and Ryzen 3700X, just take the lower of the two.
no, it is completely different. I have a friend that with a 750 can hold stuck 240fps so yeah
