core i3 4170!! should i buy it?

today am getting pc for my cyber cafe!

are those specs good for 1080p gaming ( mainly dota2 lol tf2 csgo gta5 farcry 4)

core i3 4170 3.6ghz
8gb ram
msi gtx 750 ti 2gb
1TB hardisk
h81 motherboard
24 inch sumsung 2ms
psu 280 TRUE
unfortunatly there's no radeon in my country !

so plz tell me are thos good specs

You should be able to play all those games, but you'll have to adjust settings to get good playable frame rates in GTA V and FC4.

It is a well matched build. Everything is low budget, but should work OK for the games you listed.

average fps ??? have any idea? currently i have a core i5 650 gtx 750 ti and am getting 100 fps in csqgo !

It is very well balanced pc.
You will probably get over 60fps in csgo and dota @1080p with high settings and probably around 35-40 fps in GTA v and fc4 @1080p with mid- high settings....

It's a decent system, I myself had an i3 4160 with GTX750Ti, plays just about every game with some setting adjustments. But if you're building the entire system, just may as well go with i3 6100 instead if possible.
