Core i3-4360 and R9 285 good pair?

So i'm trying to make a budget build for my friend, and in order to get under his $600 budget (which includes a monitor which makes it very challenging), I need a cheap but effective CPU. The 4360 looked promising, but I want to make sure there is no bottle necking issues. I also would like to know if something like the Pentium G3258 or a AMD FX-6300 overclocked would be a good CPU for this card. If not even one of these CPUs are sufficient, please recommend a good one but please keep in mind the tight budget constraints. Thanks!

What country? The i3 4130, 4150, or 4160 are a much better value than the i3 4360 which is typically overpriced. The regular 280 is also usually a better buy than the 285. Yes they are a good match.
