Core i3+5770

Hey guys, i'm thinking of buying a new mobo+cpu, the Core i3 seems just right( with its low voltage2 core 4 threads) for me(i'm going to overclock it). (currently i have a pentium D 920 @ 3.9 + radeon 5770). Anyway i dont really undrestand the new chipsets from intel...what should i buy...p55/h55 p57. (i understood that p57 would enable the inegrated graphics on the cpu, would i feel any difference ( i mean 5770 has 1billion transitsors the on dye cpu has 150 milion). So what mobo should i buy?

You want a P55 mobo. The Integrated Graphics Processor sucks.

about 300Eur/350$(i also need ram)
