Hello everyone,
Recently I purchased the CPU listed in the title along with a Gigabyte Z270X gaming. Unfortunately, when trying to overclock using the baseclock method, my system will not POST if the base clock is above 103 MHZ.
Prior to 103 MHZ, the system is perfectly stable. This leads me to believe Intel has put something in place to prevent me from going further. How anyone figured out a bypass? Any ideas are appreciated as well. Thanks.
