Question Core i5 3570 to an Asus P8Q67 -M DO motherboard

Hey, I have an old core i5 3570 and my nephew has a computer that has an i3 2100 in it, can I somewhat upgrade his PC using my old i5 3570 CPU? His motherboard is an Asus P8Q67-M DO. thanks.

It doesn't look like that mobo supports the cpu sadly
