Question Core i5 3570 vs core xeon 3469

Hey guys my current cpu is xeon 3460 ,if i want to build a new pc , and its core i5 3570
The question is , is it much-better than the xeon 3460 ? Can i see more fps in games ? Is it worth upgrading ? Thank u

If you go by this, there should be a worthwhile increase in performance. Not great, but should be noticeable. There are some more modern games out there that can benefit form the extra threads of the Xeon 3460, but I don't know if that would overcome the difference in sheer clock speed between the two CPUs. (2.8 ghz vs 3.4 ghz)
