Question Core i5-4210U 1.7Ghz same as 2.4Ghz

Hello my specs are Core i5-4210U / 8 Gb ram / Intel Hd 4400 ...... i saw video invyt of one have my specs he got in unreal engine 4.0 Benchmark 30 fps so i tried the same benchmarkand withnthe same of every thing but i got 20 fps so i asked some who have same specs ... hegot in the test while in performance mode 30 fps and while on battery got 20 fps but for me when i tried performance mode and battery they were the same which is 20 Fps ... so what can be reason of that and how to fix ??

its not only youtube my friend too had 30 fps too / used memory 2 gb / temp between 40 and 50

exact same laptop model?
malware scan your system?
40 to 50 on idle? what on load?
check the battery?

Not same model but same specs....... I did malware scan but..

.. On load maybe 60
... Battery is okay
