Below mentioned is the Specs of my rig

Core i5 4460 @ 3.20Ghz
16GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 1060 6GB Gigabyte G1 Graphics (Drivers are up to date)
1TB Seagate Hard Disk (3 of them are in there 1 for Windows 1 for Games and 1 for files)

Currently i have a monitor running at 1366x768 resolution. What i want to do is upgrade to a full HD monitor. Currently I have no issues playing any game at ultra preset on my computer with 60 FPS. If iI upgrade my monitor will i be able play at least at high preset with 1080p resolution?

Also i want to know will my CPU be bottle necking the Graphics card at higher resolutions such as 1080p and 1440p.

Thanks

Solution
the 4460+1060 can run 1080p without bottlenecking
the 4460+1060 will probably struggle @ 1440p
even considered depending on your motherboard to upgrade to a I7-4790 or i7-4790k (if you have a z87/97 board)

you shouldn't have a bottleneck if you plan to play at 60fps maybe in few games you will have some stuttering

you might have some trouble in some online games that are cpu based or has huge amount of players in one spot

the higher the rez the less likely you will get bottlenecks on the cpu.
if you are suffering bottlenecks try turning up your settings for things like msaa.fsaa as you will add more load to the shaders without increasing gpu memory usage by a large amount.
also try using dsr and emulating 1080p or x2 1366/768
