I oced my 4670k haswell from stock to 4.5ghz with 1.290v (thats the best i could do) and 1.66 cpu input voltage.

Cpu cache ratio is auto and loadline calibration is at level 2.

When playing crysis 3 and bf4 temp is about 68 and 80max , but when stretch testing it jumps to 90+.

Cooler is coolermaster v6gt and mobo is asrock extreme 6 z87.

Why is this temp very hot when testing ?
Multiplier is 45 (its showing 8 in the pic because im now at powersavemode)

It's called stress testing for a reason. It's meant to push your CPU to the limit to find out its stability and this generates a lot of heat. If you're reaching 80 degrees while gaming, I'd say that's too much and you either need to reduce your voltage (and subsequently your overclock) or invest in better cooling. You don't want to be up past 85 degrees while stress testing.

I reach 90+ while stretch testing , but not while gaming, Can i stay with 4.4ghz ? Im not going to stretch test.i only play games.

i dont even think you need above stock clock just to play those games... i run those game at max 70C temp. my idle temp is around 43-45. anyway i have everything @ stock. maybe thats why i have a better temp at load.

Well my idle temp right now is 29degrees and while playing the max it gets is about 76 @4.4ghz. I re arranged the voltages and temp is now alot better.
