core i5 5200U question

Sorry for really dumb question and bad english
I have laptop with core i5 5200U, this cpu curretly runs at 2.2 Ghz, but on intel's official website says it can run 2.2-2.7 Ghz, how can i get speed of 2.7 Ghz ?

It will automatically go to that speed when needed and not set for power saving mode. You may be able to chance the options in the BIOS or power options to run at full speed all the time, but that will cut into battery life.

Intel calls this "turbo boost". It will ramp to 2.7 all by itself when a demanding task is run on a single core and temperatures are OK.
