Core i5 650 3.2ghz good enugh for tdy games and near future?

I own a hp pavilion pc P6680d , processor are core i5 650 3.2GHz. Good enugh for BFBC2,BF3,BF4,BF Hardline, COD:ghost, mw3, aw, BO 1-3,. current games and near future games. Will it bottleneck? if i change my grapghic card to gtx 980/ R9 390/r9 380, change PSU and add in ssd. I dont know whether the above mention card can fit into my case?

Hm... do not buy better than R7 260x/ 265/ GTX 750 Ti to this CPU and even with this GPUs you need solid OC on CPU to do not have bottleneck

Your CPU is a nearly 6 year old dual core and cannot hold up to the newest high power video cards. I suggest GTX 960 or R9 280 as maximum video cards for your CPU. If there's a bottleneck it will be small and these GPU's can still deliver very good performance at 1080P.

This cpu is comparable with Intel Pentium G3260 @ 3.30GHz in performance which is in med range of CPU's performance. Then, as mentioned above don't buy better GPU than GTX 750Ti or R7 260x.
But you can change the cpu with used Core i5 - 750, 760 or Core i7 - 860, 860S, 870, 870K, 870S, 875K, 880 which will boost your PC performance in higher GPU's like GTX 760 , 960.
But for GTX 980 or R9 280 and higher its better to change to decent CPU and motherboard.

Then i will need to changs to a new mobo+cpu, psu and gpu. Asus b85 pro gamer / asus h81 d plus + i5 4460, gtx 980/ r9 390 and a psu of 500 watts. Curious whehter they can fit in?

As said above, you really can't put any high end cards into your system without hitting a major bottleneck. If you don't want to change your motherboard, you could look for a Lynnfield quad core eg. Core i5 7xx or Core i7 8xx, though I wouldn't pay too much for one, they're getting long in the tooth and will bottleneck the really high end cards currently on the market unless you put a pretty heavy overclock on the CPU.

R9 390 is a pretty power hungry card, and I would recommend more than 500 Watts for the power supply. Even a really good 500 Watt PSU would be pushed close to its limits. The GTX 980 isn't as power hungry and would run on a 500 Watt PSU if it was a good quality unit.
