Core i5-6500 + RX 570 good enough?

Is a PC with an i5-6500 and a RX 570 good enough for AAA-games like GTA-V and Battlefield 1 at 1080p 60hz gaming? I'm looking for a graphics card to buy and for some reason the gtx 1060 and rx 580 prices are around 100 euros/dollars or 80 pounds more expensive. So should I buy one of those or is the 570 good enough to get 60 fps at high-very high settings?
