Question core i5 9600k tdp on 50w 100 % load

hello i got a core i 5 9600k evga z370 micro 2x8gb 3000 750watt psu 80plus gold.
in xtu the maximum tdp goes max 50 in the stress test. i got really bad micro stutterin games . i tested mulitple bios versionsa nothing changes

Did you try different stress tests or only the one that comes with XTU?

i tested with 3 different bios with and without oc, oc on 5,2 ghz and 1,36 vcore everything stable . i get tested in cinebench r23 an xtu stress test
