Question Core i5 Work PC's suggestions

I have a friend who has Dell Optiplex pc's for his business, he wants to up grade. I suggested I would build for him instead of going through Dell again. Dell was going to use Core i5 9500's in the new builds. I would like your thoughts on which Core i5 cpu and micro atx mobo might be a good start. Sounds like the new core i5 (9th Gen ) have to use 300 series boards. Pc's would be used for mainstream stuff like Quick books, etc. nothing too taxing. Planning on using NVMe for boot drive with SSD for storage drive, 8GB ram, Windows 10, micro atx mobo, Core i5 cpu. Thank You.

why not just buy from dell about. they have business level support
