Core i7 3770 or core i5 3570k

Hello guys i am in the process of building my computer and im stumped. I found a i7 3770 and i5 3570k for the same price? What should i buy?
Im gonna be gaming editing web browsing. Should i go with the i7 because it have 8 virtual cores and hyperthreading? It is just really gonna erk me that its a non k.

I'd get the K version. When overclocked it will be as fast as the hyperthreading. But when not hyperthreading, it will be about 25% faster.
