core i7 4770 without overclock vs core i5 4670 k with overclock

Which is better for gaming ? My vga is sapphire r7 260 x

currently, the 4670k.

in the future, probably the 4770. watch dogs is saying it works with i7

gaming, the i5 CPU's are the best for money right now and will perform so close to the i7, without an overclock and with an OC, even better. If you want to do more then just gaming, i.e. streaming, Video editing ect.. then the i7 will do better at that, but for the price and performance the i5 4670k will perform so close, there is almost no difference at all. If you do overclock it may outperform but not by a whole lot.

watchdog says that i7 for ultra but game companies like to give way over spec recommendations
to make it seem like their games are more powerful/better then they really are.

yeah im skeptical about watchdogs claim but in the least they are saying watchdogs will utilize hyperthreading.
