Core i7 860 water cooling help.

so i've been out of the water cooling for a year or so, and i recently decided to go back to it. i want to water cool my i7 860 plus my hd 5850 and the p55 chipset. will one black ice xtreme II(240mm RAD) cool of of these? i remember that i was able to cool my previous i7 940 plus the x58 chip and mosfets with a same rad. am i pushing it with the video card included? if remember correctly the 240mm xtreme is rated for 1580KCal per hour (6270 BTU per hour) wich translated to 1800 watts of cooling(accounding to a conversion table online). i know that the i7 860 at load uses under 200 watts at stock speeds and the p55 puts out about 30 watts (give or take a few) and the hd 5850 uses about 318 watts at peak. so im looking at a total 600watts of total heat to "cool". what do you guys think? am i pushing it? in theary i should be ok but i would like to get some feedback.

if it helps i will be usning a antec 1200 case with a evga p55 sli mobo.

also has anyone ever heard of a compny called syscooling? my brother went to china and bought me a water cooling kit from them, looks like a nice 240mm rad. 3 water blocks, 600LPH pump. any thoughts?


oh yeah incase you are wondering why i would go from a i7 940 to a i7 860? simple uses less power and is still faster than the 920! plus i got the 860 for 205 bucks!

The problem with video card water blocks is that they don't flow as well as many CPU blocks. So you'll have less coolant flow, regardless of what your pump is rated at.
