Core i7 920 Safe voltage

Hi there.
i have a 920 @ 4.45 ghz
the temps are good:
overall max cpu temp= 54
max temp of any core = core 2 gets to 80
my voltage is 1.4v
is that safe?

Too high!

Intel's max recommended voltage for the i7-920 is 1.375 volts. Anything above this falls into the 'safety factor' range; generally not a good idea!

I OCed my i7-920 on air to 4.0 GHz and then later decided to bring it down to 3.82 GHz for CPU longevity.

I don't like to see temps above 70 degrees C either.
