Guys can i buy 3rd gen core i7 3770 now in 2016..i dont have money for new motherboard and ram...i wnna play mordern and upcoming games on ultra....?

I7 3770 will cost as much if not more than a I7 4790k or 6700k, perhaps u should consider saving up some more for new motherboard and ram* (*only u intend on 6700k, u can use DDR3 with 4790k).

If you have the motherboard already, then i'd say yes, get one, but try to find a cheap second hand one.
An i7 3770 will be enough for ultra for the coming years, no worries.

It's cheaper, since you said you don't have a lot of money. You can buy a new one if you want ofcourse, no problem.
Either way the i7 3770 is still good for gaming
