Hi, how is this new Core 13900k processor? I have had a core i9 10980xe for two years, video editing premiere cc y davinci and 3D animations work very well and more...
Is this core i9 13900k a much improved version or is it not worth it and I continue with my Core i9 10980xe? Thanks.

Starting at about the 19:00 mark, Hardware Unboxed shows some good power-limited comparisons.

Spoiler - Intel is definitely just throwing power at the CPU to get to the top of the charts, even more so than AMD! Of course, you won't be hitting this in gaming, but the Intel temp throttling, that happens almost instantly, could be troubling for those with smaller AIOs and air coolers. These smaller coolers may get heat saturated enough to start hard throttling after 30+ mins of continual gaming. Unfortunately, these extended tests are the hardest (most time consuming) for reviewers to do.

We'll probably have to wait and see how they perform in the wild and on Reddit complaint threads (for both AMD and Intel).

He runs it with a PL1 and PL2 of 4100w and vcore up to 1.5V, back in my days we would call that overclocking (minus the forcing the cores to stay at 5.5Ghz) ...now they call it out-of-the-box-we-are-too-dumb-to-change-anything.

This is the absolutely worst settings you could use on a CPU and he is absolutely doing that with full knowledge.

Your 19980XE has a passmark rating of 33244 and a single thread rating of 2673.

Early passmark runs show the 13900K with a total rating of 54666 and a single thread rating of 4789:

So yes, it is a much improved processor.

The newly launched 7950x is no slouch either. 64291/4335.

Much depends on the nature of your work and if single thread performance is more important than total utilization.

Worth is something only YOU can determine.
