Hi, I have the Asus WS Pro x299 board and Core i9 9960x and G.kill DDR4 3600 processor, made Bios XMP and all auto, but it's so slow, how to increase Oc a little faster and if Corsair H115i Pro. Thank you

In what circumstances are you finding it 'slow'?

If the system truly is slow, you have an underlying issue that needs to be addressed before overclocking. Even stock, a 9960X should never feel slow.

Are all specific X299 chipset and GPU drivers installed?

Does CPU behavior seem normal in Balanced Power mode? (i.e., perhaps idling at desktop between 800-1200 Mhz, yet jumping to up to 4 GHz under a single core loading or 3 GHz on all-core stress tests?

A quick installation of HWMonitor and CPU-Z should tell the tale on CPU core/clock speed behavior...
