Question Core Temp Going Jumping Up & Down on Acer Laptop

I have an Acer Aspire E15-522 ........ this laptop when i did the serial number search - https://www.acer.com/ac/en/CA/content/support-product/5994?b=1&pn=NX.MWHAA.007&sn=62103048676

When playing a game called Second Life even in a place with no lag what so ever I see my Processor Load Jump of these tempatures below

From 40% to 80% to 50% to 90% then back down it constainly jumps more up and down since I installed the Windows Update 1909.

I'm wondering if I should be considering taking this laptop in to see why or if it's something normal or what not???

Even with Firefox up its at 29 and then jumps to 36 then back down so please let me know if this is normal or not.

When you downloaded the update windows may have reset your power settings. Check to see if they are still at your preference.
