Core temp prob

ave this little problem with Core Temp i've tried other temp monitoring programs also, but 3 cores seem to be sticking:

Core 1 = 41
Core 2 = 33
Core 3 = 33
Core 4 = 23

the 4th core doesnt stick it just changes between 23-30

Anyone have an idea on why the others wont move?

I have Intel Q9400 and have updated bios

Yeh it is sry miss type xD, but yeah i run crysis/mw2 and they still dont move just the Core 3 one, ill try that prime95
