Core Temp Shows 0 Degrease AMD CPU

HELP I am trying to monitor my cpu temp while in windows, for that i have download coretemp and when i start it says my cpu is running at 0 degrease help

thanks i was just reading another post then i download HWMonitor my cpu running at 41 degrease is that good
