[SOLVED] Core Temp

Is it possible that I'm getting temps. from 0 to maybe 24 Celcius on an AMD FX9370 with InWin SR360 (not Pro) water cooler, using Core Temp?

No, AMDs thermal sensor works differently in the FX series. They only give you temperature before reaching TJ Max, and the sensor is inaccurate at low temperatures.

You need to use the AMD tools to get a proper temperature.

Well reaching max temp on the FX-9370 isn't all that hard so my guess would be those are accurate.

0C might indicate the CPU has reached thermal limit. That said, you can't actually trust the number that any other software provides, the output is not quite comparable to temperature.

AMD Overdrive is the name of the application, not sure if it still has support though.
